With over 40 years of culinary experience doing everything from owning restaurants to running stadiums, and 30 years in the entertainment industry with degrees in Hospitality & business management, numerous recognition and awards, and a vase understanding of nutritional and dietary needs , restrictions, allergies, etc.. and an attention to detail, rest assured you are in great hands with Chef Eric on site.
Mrs. Virginia Brown - Executive Assistant & Dressing Room Coordinator
With over 20 years of experience handling the hospitality needs of dressing rooms, stage, production, management, tour buses, and other food & beverage rider aspects where detail is important, you can count on Mrs. Brown to make sure your rider is fulfilled fully and timely with greatest care in making sure needs are met, presentation a priority, & there's one thing less for you to worry about.
Mr. Neil Cromartie- Chief Logistics & Site Coordinator
With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 16 years of experience handling our logistics from insuring our rig gets loaded and arrives from our warehouse to the venue, and setting up our dining room on locale, to serving our touring crew guests as they are working doing everything from steel day/buildout, to soundcheck and showtime, Mr. Cromartie diligently works to make sure you feel welcomed, comfortable, and every meal is an enjoyable experience with excellent service.
